How we handle your information

This notice describes how Utility Harborcore Academy uses personal information for people who request mentoring, attend the studio, or browse these pages. It is written for our Bangkok desk, not for a generic software product.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, programme choice, and the message you type. From email or phone: whatever you send to arrange a seat. From attendance: session dates and which programme you sat. We do not ask for brokerage passwords or identity-document scans unless a payment provider separately requires them off this site.

Why we use it

To reply to seat requests, to run pre-reads of charts you volunteer, to keep a simple attendance list, and to handle refunds or complaints. We do not sell lists. We do not use your charts in public notes without written permission.

Cookies

See the cookie notice. A consent choice, if you make one, is stored in your browser under a key that starts with uhc_.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months. Attendance notes for completed programmes are kept up to 36 months for refund and tax records, then reduced to a name, dates, and programme title. Chart packs are removed from working folders within 90 days of the last related session unless a dispute is open.

Access

Write to desk@utilityharborcore.click to ask what we hold, to correct a name or email, or to request deletion where we no longer need the record. We may keep a minimal booking log where Thai bookkeeping rules require it.
