Refunds, cancellations, and missed desks

These rules apply to mentoring programmes sold by Utility Harborcore Academy: the six-week structure desk, the range versus trend clinic, the single structure audit, and Saturday cold-chart mornings. They do not apply to goods we do not sell. There is no shop, subscription box, or software licence on this site.

Eligibility and timeframe

A full refund of fees we have actually received is available if you cancel in writing more than seven full days before the first scheduled session of that programme. The request must reach desk@utilityharborcore.click or the studio telephone. Within seven days of the first session, we offer a transfer to a later sitting of the same programme if a seat exists, not an automatic cash refund.

After teaching has started

Once a session of a programme has begun, that session is consumed. For the six-week desk, unused remaining weeks may be refunded at a pro-rata of the programme fee minus the sessions already sat, provided you write before the next appointment. The printed structure card and any packs already issued are not bought back. For the four-evening clinic, a refund for unused evenings follows the same pro-rata idea if you withdraw before the next Thursday; evenings already held are non-refundable.

Audits and Saturday mornings

A single structure audit cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment is refunded in full if paid. Inside 48 hours, the fee is kept unless we can fill the slot; if we fill it, we refund minus a 500 THB administration amount. Saturday cold-chart mornings are refundable up to 72 hours before the start; after that the seat is held as a no-show unless you have transferred to a listed later morning with our written agreement.

Deposits

When a deposit is taken to hold a six-week start date, it is applied to the programme fee. It is refundable on the same seven-day rule as the full fee. After that window the deposit is retained if you withdraw, because the mentor calendar is blocked. It is not a separate product.

No-shows and lateness

If you miss a booked desk without notice, that session is forfeited. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean the remaining time is shortened; we do not extend into the next mentee’s slot. Video sessions follow the same clock.

Rescheduling

Each six-week mentee may reschedule one session with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to mentor availability. Further moves are at the desk’s discretion. Clinics and Saturdays reschedule only onto published dates.

Work already started and materials

Pre-read time the mentor has already spent on charts you sent is part of the consumed session even if you then cancel the same day. Printed packs handed to you are yours to keep and are not a separate refund line. We do not refund “results” or dissatisfaction with market outcomes after a lesson.

How to request a refund

Write to desk@utilityharborcore.click with your name, programme, dates, and whether you want a transfer or a refund. We confirm receipt within three working days. Approved refunds return by the same method originally used, usually within ten working days after approval. Cash paid at the studio is returned in cash at the studio by appointment, or by bank transfer to a Thai account in the same name as the enrolment if you prefer.

Exceptions

If a mentor is ill and we cannot offer another instructor or a new date within 14 days, you may choose a full refund of unused sessions. If the studio is closed by local order, unused sessions are refunded or moved, at your choice.
