Terms of enrolment

These terms apply to mentoring and classroom programmes offered by Utility Harborcore Academy at 560 Bamrungmuang Road, Bangkok, 10100, and to scheduled video sessions that use the same curriculum. By requesting a seat you agree to them.

What we provide

We provide educational mentoring in market structure: how to mark swings, distinguish range from trend, and review your own charts with an instructor. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or trade signals. Nothing said at the desk is an instruction to buy or sell any instrument.

Booking

A seat is reserved when we confirm by email after your request. Fees quoted on programme pages are informational. Payment arrangements are agreed off this website. You must be 18 or older to enrol.

Your materials

Charts you send for pre-read remain yours. We keep copies only as long as needed to run the session and any written follow-up, then delete them from working folders within 90 days unless a refund or complaint is open.

Conduct

Recording of sessions is not allowed without written consent. Harassment of mentors or other attendees ends the remaining programme without a further teaching obligation. Cold-chart mornings require phones in the tray until the first debrief.

Liability

Trading involves risk of loss. The academy is not responsible for decisions you take in any market after a lesson. Thai law governs these terms. Disputes that cannot be resolved with the desk at desk@utilityharborcore.click may be brought in the courts of Bangkok.
